PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent of synuclein, capable of selectively adsorbing and removing the synuclein which is considered as a causative agent of neurodegeneration in various kinds of synucleinopathy exemplified by Parkinson's disease, from a liquid containing the synuclein such as the body fluid, and to provide a system for removing the synuclein by adsorption.SOLUTION: The system for removing the synuclein by the adsorption can remove the synuclein from the liquid containing the body fluid or the like by treating the liquid containing the synuclein by using the adsorbent obtained by immobilizing a ligand having high affinity with the synuclein on a porous water-insoluble carrier having hydrophilicity.【課題】パーキンソン病を始めとする種々のシヌクレイノパチーにおける神経変性の病因物質と考えられているシヌクレインを、体液などシヌクレインを含む液体から選択的に吸着し取り除くことが可能なシヌクレイン吸着材および吸着除去システムの提供。【解決手段】シヌクレインを含む液体を親水性のある多孔質水不溶性担体にシヌクレインに親和性の高いリガンドを固定化してなる吸着材を用いて処理することで、体液などを含む液体からシヌクレインを除去することが可能なシヌクレイン吸着除去システム。【選択図】なし
