The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a bean granule with enhanced solubility, which enhances the absorption rate of nutritive components of bean into the human body; to a bean granule manufactured thereby; and to processed food containing the bean granule. The manufacturing method of a bean granule with enhanced solubility comprises the following steps: (a) mixing ultrafine bean powder and Soluplus to manufacture a mixture; and (b) extrusion-molding the mixture manufactured in the step (a), and drying the same.본 발명은 (a) 콩 초미세 분말에 솔루플러스(soluplus)를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 (a)단계의 제조한 혼합물을 압출 성형한 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해도가 증진된 콩 과립의 제조방법, 상기 방법으로 제조된 콩 과립 및 상기 콩 과립을 함유하는 가공식품에 관한 것이다.
