A method of solution dip casting to form a layered prosthesis, the method comprising the steps of: providing a polymer substrate using a dip casting process to add first and second polymeric layers, said dip casting process comprising the steps of: performing a first casting of a first polymeric layer on the polymer substrate, the first polymeric layer having a first and second antimicrobial agent performing a second casting of a second layer over the first polymer layer, having a third antimicrobial agent performing a third casting of a second polymeric layer over the second on the polymer substrate said polymer substrate with the first and second polymeric layers forming said prosthesis.La présente invention concerne un procédé de coulée par immersion en solution pour former une prothèse stratifiée, le procédé comprenant les étapes de : fourniture dun substrat polymère utilisation dun procédé de coulée par immersion pour ajouter des première et seconde couches polymères, ledit procédé de coulée par immersion comprenant les étapes de : réalisation dune première coulée dune première couche polymère sur le substrat polymère, la première couche polymère ayant un premier et un second agent antimicrobien réalisation dune deuxième coulée dune deuxième couche sur la première couche polymère, ayant un troisième agent antimicrobien la réalisation dune troisième coulée dune deuxième couche polymère sur la deuxième sur le substrat polymère ledit substrat polymère avec les première et deuxième couches polymères formant ladite prothèse.
