The utility model relates to medical technology in traumatology and orthopedics, namely, external fixation devices. The useful model can be used in surgical practice in patients with open and closed fractures of tubular bones, both for temporary stabilization, as the first stage of surgical treatment, and for the final method of osteosynthesis. The technical result consists in expanding the functionality for minimally invasive mounting of the external fixation device, if necessary, fixing small bone fragments, holding the fixators into the bone eccentrically to facilitate further conversion ostenosynthesis. The device works as follows: in case of a fracture of one of the segments of the bone skeleton, the wires are held outside the fracture zone, in areas safe for holding transosseous elements, with the help of power equipment through punctures of the skin equal to the diameter of the wires. The pins are held parallel, eccentrically diagonally to the center of the second cortical, bicortical so that the thread on the tip of the pins remains in the distal cortical bone. It is allowed to carry from 3 to 4 spokes for each spoke module. The knitting needles are threaded into a washer with perforated holes, thereby forming a bundle of "stressed needles". The spoke module is mounted on the spokes passing through the washer through a tapered hole. In the module, the spokes are locked with two screws. For each fracture, a minimum of two bundles of wires must be installed on each side of the fracture. The ends of the needles are bitten.
