The invention discloses a detachable reduction and compression bone screw which includes a shaft and a sleeve. At two opposite ends of the shaft are a first male thread and a second male thread, respectively, and the first male thread is provided for being affixed to a distal broken bone. The sleeve has an insertion portion and a protrusion portion opposite to the insertion portion. The insertion portion is provided for being inserted into a proximal broken bone, and has a hole. On an inner surface of the hole is a female thread which is engaged with the second thread of the shaft, so that the insertion portion encircles the end of the shaft having the second male thread for coupling the two broken bones with each other. The protrusion portion is provided for being protruded from a surface of the proximal broken bone.
