PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus capable of facilitating assembly of an air cleaning unit and a casing, and capable of preventing leakage of air blown out of the air cleaning unit into the casing.SOLUTION: A heating apparatus includes a casing 1, and an air cleaning unit 10. The casing 1 includes an outer wall WP having an opening OP, and a protrusion PP provided around the opening OP in such a manner of protruding to an inner side from the outer wall WP. The air cleaning unit 10 is arranged in the inside of the casing 1, and has a cylindrical blowout part BP.
