PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing soybeans by which soybeans are sufficiently heated and uses of the processed soybeans are not limited.SOLUTION: After dried soybeans are sufficiently immersed in water, they are drained off. For draining water, a food dehydrator or the like is used. The soybeans impregnated with water is sufficiently drained off until their whole weight becomes 2 to 2.5 times of those of dry soybeans.
