PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process ground meat in the form of noodle strings without lowering the taste and palatability. SOLUTION: The processed meat food for daily dish is produced by (1) the 1st step to grind meat to form ground meat, (2) the 2nd step to knead a mixture obtained by incorporating 100 pts. wt. of the ground meat produced by the 1st step with a binding material and/or a gelling agent in an amount of 1-12 pts. wt. in the case of solely using the binding material, 0.5-3 pts. wt. in the case of solely using the gelling agent or 1-13 pts. wt. in total of the binding material and 0.1-1.3 pts. wt. in total of the gelling agent in the case of using the binding material in combination with the gelling agent, (3) the 3rd step to extrude the kneaded mixture obtained by the 2nd step through a nozzle into hot water in the form of noodle strings to form a noodle-like coagulated material, and (4) the 4th step to cool the noodle-like coagulated material obtained by the 3rd step.
