PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for preparing lipid tissue for transplantation from lobular fat extracted by liposuction.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for preparing lipid tissue for transplantation from lobular fat extracted by liposuction, which has a construction that the lipid is consisting of fluid component comprising an oil component, a blood component and/or sterilized solutions and a solid component comprising cell fragments, cells and one or more cell macroagglomerates having heterogeneous size, the apparatus comprises at least one washing and separating container 1 comprising a washing chamber 101 for washing substance obtained by liposuction, an inlet and an outlet 103 are arranged on the container 1, the substance obtained by liposuction enters the washing chamber 101 from the inlet, at least a part of the substance obtained by liposuction, particularly a fluid component, goes out from the washing chamber 101 through the outlet 103.
