PRODUCTION OF COATING MATERIAL HAVING FAR-INFRARED EMITTING CHARACTERISTICS, ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES, DEODORIZING PROPERTIES, ANTIMOLD PROPERTIES, INSECT-REPELLENT PROPERTIES AND ANTISTATIC PROPERTIES AS WELL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a coating material having antistatic properties as well as having far-infrared emitting characteristics, antibacterial properties, deodorizing properties, antimold properties and insect-repellent properties. SOLUTION: 40-60 wt.% serpentine having a particle diameter of 15μm or below and 5-15 wt.% carbon are used as the base materials. 15-25 wt.% titanium as an aid having a particle diameter of 15μm or below is added to the base materials. 15-25 wt.% additive being magnesia having a particle diameter of 15μm is added to the base materials and the aid. The entire mixture is introduced into a mixer and a grinder in turn several times to mix, agitate and grind them to form a uniform mixture. Next, 3-15 wt.% composite ceramics obtained by calcining the mixture at a calcining temperature of 200-500 deg.C with a calcining furnace is added to a coating material and mixed under agitation.
