PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food having mellow taste without bloody smell of edible meat, by blending the edible meat with walleye pollack, etc., and a seasoning material consisting of Guinea pepper and garlic, etc. CONSTITUTION:Edible meat, such as chicken or beef, washed with a liquid containing 'SHOCHU' (low-class distilled spirit) mixed therein is pickled in SAKEs (Japanese rice wines), then subjected to drying treatment, blended with walleye pollack and an extract thereof, etc., and further pickled together with a seasoning material consisting of at least Guinea pepper and garlic, etc., to afford the aimed food.
