PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of health food which has no additives and is thus used for removing hangover, relieving fatigue, decreasing cholesterol and protecting or improving liver. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: mixing 80 wt.% of radish, 10 wt.% of dried Tarragon Centaurea Cyanus, and dried Arrowroot at 100 deg.C then decocting the mixture for 3 hours to extract a thin juice; boiling the extract at 100 deg.C for 3 hours to extract thick juice; mixing additional 20 wt.% of dried Tarragon Centaurea Cyanus, 20 wt.% of arrowroot, 30 wt.% of persimmon leaves and 30 wt.% of Caururus chinensis Baill; steaming the mixture at 100 deg.C for 20-30 minutes then drying it at 40-60 deg.C for 1-2 hours to obtain powders; and mixing the thick juice and the powders then formulating the mixture into a pill.
