The present invention refers to controlled release granular compositions of mesalazine and their use in the treatment of inflammatory pathologies of the intestinal tract. The aforesaid granular compositions comprise: a) a central core comprising an inert substrate； b) an intermediate layer comprising mesalazine and one or more physiologically acceptable excipients； c) a gastro-resistant coating. The present invention then refers to a process for obtaining the aforesaid granular compositions.La présente invention concerne des compositions granulaires de mésalazine à libération contrôlée et leur utilisation dans le traitement de pathologies inflammatoires du tube digestif. Les compositions granulaires susmentionnées comprennent : a) une partie centrale comprenant un substrat inerte； b) une couche intermédiaire comprenant de la mésalazine et un ou plusieurs excipients physiologiquement acceptables； et c) un enrobage gastro-résistant. La présente invention concerne également un procédé permettant dobtenir les compositions granulaires susmentionnées.
