An apparatus for food waste oxygenation, deodorization, inactivation, and salt-reduction by rinsing. The apparatus comprises one or more reactors (1) and an ozone-water-material-mixing gas-water-substance mixer (9). An ozone generator (20) is connected onto the mixer. A high viscosity lobe rotor pump (10) is also connected onto the mixer. An outlet of the mixer (9) is extended into one reactor (1). An inlet of the high viscosity lobe rotor pump (10) is connected to another reactor (1). One or more granular activated carbon reaction balls (8) are provided within the reactors (1). Granular activated carbon is provided within the granular activated carbon reaction balls (8). Material outlets (15 and 15A) are arranged at the bottom part of the mixer (9).
