The present invention relates to a system for deodorizing and removing color and turbidity from sewage, wherein the instantaneous suction amount of polluted air is increased by using a high output ring blower so as to increase sterilization efficiency and distribute ozone to be discharge to the outside a great distance, and the reflection amount of UV light is increased so as to improve sterilization force and an ozone generation amount. In addition, the sterilization of water and air can be selectively achieved as an additional function.
