An identifying label (1) is described, for pets having an owner, comprising a body (3) made of rigid and substantially plane material, and: a first seat (7a) and a second seat (7b), respectively obtained on a first face (3a) and a second face (3b) of the body (3), in which a first support (7) and a second support are arranged, made of aluminum-enriched PVC for including first and second identifying data (11) of pet and/or owner； a first and a second covering element (13) which cover the first and the second seat (7a, 7b) and the first and second support (9) arranged therein and which comprise a magnifying lens which composes the first covering element (13)； and a seat (22) containing at least one sensor element for line or environmental conditions of the pet, and a transmitting element adapted to transmit data related to detected life or environmental conditions, and data related to the position of the pet.
