PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a cultivation bag is normally used for a cultivation container in cultivating Lentinus edodes using a mushroom bed, and the bag is removed at the emergence of Lentinus edodes and water sprinkling and immersing have to be repeated in moisture retaining management of the mushroom bed after removing the bag, which causes water or water drops to directly stick to the Lentinus edodes in growth to degrade the quality of the Lentinus edodes, furthermore pruning and thinning are performed during the growth and a worker has to harvest the Lentinus edodes while sorting during harvesting and sort and package them according to quality after harvesting, which results in spending considerable labor.SOLUTION: A cultivation bottle is used as a cultivation container for cultivating Lentinus edodes. Processes of culture medium filling, sterilization, spawning, cultivation, emergence and growth can thereby be efficiently performed in comparison with the use of a cultivation bag. Further, the Lentinus edodes growing in one bottle can be harvested and packaged as one rootstock to considerably reduce sorting labor when harvesting and packaging. A production cost can thereby be cut down to a great extent.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】菌床による椎茸栽培では、これまで栽培容器に栽培袋を用いるのが通常で、椎茸の発生時に除袋し、除袋後は菌床の保湿管理で散水や浸水を繰返さなければならず、生育中の椎茸に直接水や水滴が着き、椎茸の品質を低下させていた。また、育成中は剪定や間引きをし、収穫時は作業員が選別しながら収穫しなければならず、収穫後も品質で選別、包装するため、大変な労力を費やしていた。【解決手段】椎茸を栽培する栽培容器として栽培瓶を用いることで、培養基の充填、殺菌、種菌の接種、培養、発生、育成の工程が栽培袋を用いるよりも効率的に行うことができる。また、一瓶で成育した椎茸を一株として収穫、包装することで、収穫時、包装時の選別の労力を大幅に軽減することができる。従って、生産原価の大幅な圧縮が可能になる。【選択図】図2
