A designated space is created by way of a laser designation system or other mapping system. Sensors within this pre-determined area detect the presence of a mobile smart device within the area. A control unit determines the instructions to be received by the smart device, including which features or processes to activate or suppress whilst within the designated area. The sensors then transmit the data to the smart device.
