PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-splittable water-in-oil type emulsified oil-and-fat food capable of being split easily and quickly when being used from a cold storage state or even from a frozen state.SOLUTION: Adjacent water-in-oil type emulsified oil-and-fat compositions are coupled via plural contact points in a split cross section. Areas of the respective contact points are equal to or less than 1% of the split cross section, and total sum of the areas of the contact points is 3-65% of the area of the split cross section. In addition, water droplet area ratio in the split cross section is less than 30%, thereby the water-in-oil type emulsified oil-and-fat food can be easily split in a cold storage state or a frozen state.
