The present invention relates to a production method of Korean traditional cookies using apple grain syrup which offers unique flavor of apples to the Korean traditional cookies for improving taste, and improves the storage properties of the Korean traditional cookies by the antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity of apples. A production method of the Korean traditional cookies comprises the following step: mixing and heating apple concentrate with rice syrup to obtain apple grain syrup; mixing the apple grain syrup with malt digested taffy in a ratio of 1:0.5-2; and coating cookie mother materials with the mixture before coating the materials with popped rice.
