Il présente : - une zone centrale (6), - une zone périphérique (4) destinée au travail d'un sol, - des moyens pour réaliser une liaison avec un arbre (28) comportant un logement (14) en creux aménagé dans la zone centrale (6) et présentant une paroi (12) périphérique cylindrique circulaire. Un ensemble selon l'invention comprend un tel disque et un roulement disposé dans le logement en creux et/ou un arbre.
