PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform magnetic field generator having a shim structure in which a shim coil and a magnetic shim can be arrayed with a high degree of accuracy, and a method of manufacturing the shim structure.SOLUTION: A uniform magnetic field generator includes a plurality of ring-shaped electromagnets for generating magnetic fields, which are arrayed in such a manner as to maintain a predetermined space in an axial direction, and a shim structure SS that corrects a magnetic field, generated by an electromagnet arrayed inside the plurality of electromagnets, to a uniform magnetic field.
