The present invention provides a method for preparing Schizandra chinensis granule tea, comprising: a step of extracting Schizandra chinensis to prepare 50-70 brix concentrate of Schizandra chinensis; a first mixing step of mixing the concentrate of Schizandra chinensis and 50-80 parts by weight of an excipient for granulation based on the concentrate of Schizandra chinensis; a second mixing step of further mixing the first mixed material with the concentrate of Schizandra chinensis with 5-20 parts by weight of an excipient for granulation based on the concentrate of Schizandra chinensis; and formulating the second mixed material into granules.
