The present invention relates to a turmeric pigmentcomposition. More specifically, the present invention provides aturmeric pigment composition in which aggregation andsedimentation of a turmeric pigment over time is effectivelyprevented even when a concentrated amount of turmeric pigment isincorporated in a solvent； the turmeric pigment composition alsoensures a desirable color-developing property, and is capable ofstably adding a deep color with a bright tone, which was neveraccomplished by a hitherto-known colorant.
