PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid absorbent pad in which a body fluid is hard to accumulate in the front side of the pad even if used for relatively a long period of time, and to provide clothing having an inside leg part using this.SOLUTION: A body fluid absorbent pad 1 includes: an impregnated cloth 2 making a body fluid penetrate from a front side surface to a back side surface； a liquid-proof cloth 3 disposed in contact with a skin side surface of an inside leg part 61, and preventing entry of the body fluid to the inside leg part 61； and a multilayer laminate 4 of a multilayer structure, provided between the impregnated cloth 2 and the liquid-proof cloth 3, and capable of absorbing and retaining the body fluid. The multilayer laminate 4 has: an upper absorbing layer 41 disposed on the impregnated cloth 2 side, and absorbing the body fluid at the upper side； a permeation layer 42 disposed in contact with the back side surface of the upper absorbing layer 41, and making the body fluid penetrate from the front side surface to the back side surface； and a bottom absorbing layer 43 disposed in contact with the back side surface of the permeation layer 42, greatly formed rearward from the upper absorbing layer 41, and absorbing and retaining the body fluid at the bottom side. The upper absorbing layer 41 has a notch part 410 extending from a middle part in the fore-and-aft direction toward the rearward.
