PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrected image in which liquid suspended matters inside a lumen are removed from a tomographic image.SOLUTION: A signal processor 22 of an OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) processor 400 includes a tomographic image correction part 460 for performing correction processing of a tomographic image inside a lumen. The tomographic image correction part 460 detects a region of the liquid suspended matters inside the lumen from the tomographic image by detecting a probe region, a guide wire region and a luminal tissue region from the tomographic image and subtracting the regions from the tomographic image, and generates the corrected image in which the liquid suspended matters are removed from the tomographic image.
