PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dirt removing agent for skin which can remove skin dirt such as oil stain of hands even without using water, as a result, does not generate waste water containing surfactants.SOLUTION: This creamy dirt removing agent for skin is obtained by: preparing a mixture of a nonionic surfactant, liquid polyethyleneoxide and water-insoluble or sparingly water-soluble powdery crystalline cellulose diluting the mixture by an aqueous solvent containing 20-60% saturated monohydric alcohol (C1 to C3) to make it liquid and adding a thickener (gelling agent) and a cationic water-soluble polymer.
