PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batter composition suitably used to produce food, fine and consistent in a bubble, good in water omission and smooth in texture, by electromagnetic wave heating, and the like.SOLUTION: Cereal flour, powdered milk, baking powder and hydroxyalkyl cellulose are mixed and sifted, and powder premix is obtained. On the other hand, an egg ingredient and a sugar group are well mixed, fat and oil are added to them and emulsified, and then water is added and slightly churned.
