The above-mentioned electrode chip is an electrode array formed by arranging a plurality of electrode units, which chip has a minimum spatial resolution on a micron scale, a good softness and deformability, and can be attached to the surface of the heart and adapted to the change of the heart surface profile, which may both guarantee the electrode and a target area on the surface of the heart to form a good attachment and effectively avoid damage, such as extrusion, scratches and the like, caused by the electrode during a cardiac motion.
