PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as a versatile additive for food and drink and application to the skin, a natural product derived from a natural product having a function of expanding and maintaining and an emulsifying function and an elasticity adding function. The purpose is to provide materials that are effective as a measure against allergies. According to the present invention, there is provided a powdered product obtained by pulverizing a white pearl oyster mushroom produced by mutation of Auricularia polytricha (Mont.) Sacc. to a predetermined particle size. Since the product has a desired functionality, the above problems can be solved.
