The present invention relates to a method of preparing a cosmetic composition having a novel formulation, and a cosmetic composition prepared thereby. The method of preparing a cosmetic composition according to one aspect can produce, without using oil capsules or emulsifiers, which are conventionally used raw materials, a cosmetic composition having a novel formulation in which a transparent oil phase is distributed in an aqueous phase, in the form of particles. The cosmetic composition according to another aspect can contain an oil component while maintaining a transparent outer appearance, and thus can possess excellent moisturizing power.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition cosmétique ayant une nouvelle formulation, et une composition cosmétique ainsi préparée. Le procédé de préparation d'une composition cosmétique selon un aspect peut produire, sans utiliser de capsules d'huile ni d'émulsifiants, qui sont des matières premières classiquement utilisées, une composition cosmétique ayant une nouvelle formulation dans laquelle une phase huileuse transparente est distribuée dans une phase aqueuse, sous la forme de particules.
