The present invention relates to a composition in the form of an O/W emulsion, comprising: (a) at least one cationic polysaccharide； (b) at least one crosslinker having three or more acid groups or salt thereof； (c) at least one oil； and (d) water, wherein the amount of the (c) oil(s) in the composition is 50% by weight or more, preferably 60% by weight or more, and more preferably 70% by weight or more, relative to the total weight of the composition. The composition in the form of an O/W emulsion according to the present invention is stable. Also, a composition in the form of an O/W/O emulsion can be prepared by the composition in the form of an O/W emulsion according to the present invention.La présente invention concerne une composition sous la forme d'une émulsion H/E, comprenant : (a) au moins un polysaccharide cationique； (b) au moins un agent de réticulation possédant au moins trois groupes acides ou un sel de celui-ci； (c) au moins une huile； et (d) de l'eau, la quantité d'huile(s) (c) dans la composition étant de 50 % en poids ou plus, de préférence de 60 % en poids ou plus, et idéalement de 70 % en poids ou plus, par rapport au poids total de la composition.
