The present invention relates to a breast prosthesis which is inserted into breast and has shape variability for breast shaping or reconstruction. The breast prosthesis comprises: a shell forming an outer rim of the breast prosthesis； and a filler contained within the shell. An outer surface of the shell may be a coarse surface which is partially machined into a coarse form and the remaining portion may be a smooth surface which is formed in a smooth form.
