Provided is a medical image display device that enables correct and Swift diagnosis of tissue such as infiltrated tissue under the surface of living tissue. The medical image display device sets two different image processing conditions for the obtained medical image information to compose two three-dimensional images (S2001 and S2002), extracts two-dimensional contrast information from one of the three-dimensional images and extracts two-dimensional color information from the other three-dimensional image (S2003 and S2004). The contrast information is information regarding contrast and color information is information regarding colors. The medical image display device creates a single three-dimensional composite image by combining the two-dimensional contrast information and color information and displays the composite image ON the display device (S2005).
