The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing bridge-prosthesis, and a bridge-prosthesis manufactured thereby. The present invention can ameliorate inflammation and other periodontal diseases, significantly decrease the amount of the food residing in the mouth after eating, improve self-washing properties such that gaggling can be effective, and efficiently treat the periodontal membrane in re-treatment with dental prosthesis.본 발명은 교의치의 제조방법 및 이에 따른 교의치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 새들 타입의 폰틱을 제조하는 1단계(S1)； 폰틱의 하부 저면과 측면을 절삭하여 불필요한 부위를 절삭하는 2단계(S2)； 폰틱의 양 가장자리를 절삭하여 치간칫솔이 삽입될 수 있도록 공간을 형성하는 3단계(S3)를 포함하여 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 염증, 기타 치주질환이 낮아지게 되고, 음식물 잔류도 현저히 낮아질 수 있으며, 자기세척 기능이 향상될 수 있어 가글로도 세척효과를 볼 수 있었고, 재 보철 치료과정 중 환자의 치주점막 상태의 치료에서도 좋은 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
