PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a highly hydrophilic implant is provided to obtain implant surface with improved hydrophilicity and to shorten bone fusion time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a highly hydrophilic implant comprises: a step of regulating the roughness of implant surface(S1); and a step of treating the implant with how water(S3). The surface is treated by a sand blast process, a titanium plasma spray process, an acid-etching process, or a combination thereof.
