PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject loading platform structure representing an overhang loading platform designed to retreat from a projected mode to retracted mode in order to, for example, avoid an obstacle even if loaded with tea bags as truckload. SOLUTION: This loading platform structure has such a scheme that, in a device designed to mount a traveling machine unit 2 to travel astride a tea ridge A with a tea plucking machine unit 3 equipped with cutting blades 30 so as to face on the top surface of the tea ridge A to make a tea reaping operation, the frame 20 of the traveling machine unit 2 is equipped with an overhang loading platform 11 to be loaded with tea bags 5 packed with reaped tea leaves so as to overhang from above the frame 20 both sideways of the traveling machine unit 2, wherein the loading platform 11 is designed to run to a retracted mode with its sideward overhang obviated through sliding movement toward the center of the machine frame.
