PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage brewing machine and process which allow for brewing of a beverage, such as coffee or tea in cold or hot water in a vacuum chamber, a beverage brewing machine and process that allow a beverage to be quickly and easily brewed.SOLUTION: The beverage brewing process is provided in which coffee grounds, tea leaves, herbs or other beverage making material is placed in a chamber 3 of glass vessel 18 located on a top of a moveable table 24, the top of table 24 is then elevated until the upper edge of the vessel 18 seals against a top seal 15, water of about 85-100°C (about 185-212°F) is introduced into the chamber 3 through a port 21 in the top, thereafter, a vacuum is drawn in the chamber and is held within the range of about -16.9 to -67.7 kPa, using an external heat source, the brewing liquid is maintained at about 85-100°C, after the beverage has brewed for the desired amount of time, the heat and vacuum are removed, the chamber 3 is returned to atmospheric pressure and the table top 24 is lowered to release the vessel 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】コーヒー又は茶などの飲料を冷水又は熱水の中で抽出できる真空チャンバの飲料抽出機械及び方法、および素早く簡単に飲料を抽出することができる飲料抽出機械及び方法の提供。【解決手段】コーヒー粉末、茶葉、ハーブ、又は他の飲料製造原料が、可動テーブル台24の上に配置されたガラス容器18のチャンバ3内に配置され、次に、容器18の上縁部が上部シール15に対して密封するまでテーブル台24が上昇され、約85~約100℃(約185から212°F)の水が上部のポート21を通してチャンバ3内に導入され、その後、チャンバ内に真空が引かれ、約-16.9~-67.7kPaの範囲内に保持され、外部熱源を使用して、抽出液体は約85~100℃に維持され、所望の時間に亘り飲料が抽出された後、熱及び真空が除去され、チャンバ3が大気圧に戻り、テーブル台24が下げられて容器18が解放される、飲料抽出方法。【選択図】図1
