PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil gel cosmetic making the best use of the optical characteristics of pearl powder.SOLUTION: The oil gel cosmetic contains 30 to 60 mass% of a powder and 30 to 45 mass% of an oily ingredient and further contains titanium-coated phlogopite optionally surface-treated in an amount of 15 to 45 mass% based on the total amount of the cosmetic in the powder.
