The present invention relates to ethynyl derivatives of formula (I) wherein R1 is phenyl, which is optionally substituted by 1-2 halogen atoms； selected from fluorine or chlorine； or to a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt in enantiomerically pure form. It has been found that the compounds of general formula (I) are allosteric modulators of the metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype 5 (mGluR5).La présente invention concerne des dérivés d'éthynyle de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un radical phényle, éventuellement substitué par 1 à 2 atomes d'halogène, choisis parmi le fluor ou le chlore ； ou un sel d'addition acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable se présentant sous une forme énantiomériquement pure. On s'est aperçu que les composés de formule générale (I) sont des modulateurs allostériques du récepteur métabotropique du glutamate de type 5 (mGluR5).
