PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt device easily releasing a lock in emergency.SOLUTION: This belt device 5 is provided with a belt reel wound with a belt 10, a locking means driving a locking lever 61 with a solenoid 62, engaging it with and locking it to the belt reel and preventing the rotation of the belt reel in the direction of pulling out the belt, and a releasing knob 66 for driving the locking lever 61 in the direction of releasing the engagement with the belt reel.
