PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous food product which hardly causes deterioration of texture and properties during storage, having stable quality.SOLUTION: The gelatinous food product includes a fat, a gelatinizer, and water. The fat has a solid fat content (SFC) of 0% or more and 35% or less at 10°C. The gelatinous food product allows the excellent texture such as meltability in mouth to be maintained during storage, preserving the tissue with flavor of the fat. The gelatinous food product which hardly causes deterioration of texture and properties during storage, having stable quality, is thus provided.
