A bio-signal monitoring system using an esophagus probe device comprises a flexible tube, an esophagus probe device, one end of which is inserted into an esophagus of a human body in a state in which the other end of the esophagus probe device is exposed to the outside, and a monitoring device for outputting a bio-signal received from the esophagus probe device, wherein the esophagus probe device comprises a tube which includes at least one indicator printed by a contrast material on the outer surface and is formed of a flexible material, a temperature sensor which is located inside the other end of the tube, measures a temperature from an esophagus and generates a first bio-signal corresponding to the measured temperature, and a first connection unit which transmits the first bio-signal to the monitoring device.Linvention concerne un système de surveillance dun signal biologique utilisant un dispositif de sonde œsophagienne comprenant un tube souple, un dispositif de sonde œsophagienne, dont une extrémité est insérée dans lœsophage de lorganisme dun sujet humain tandis que lautre extrémité du dispositif de sonde œsophagienne est exposée vers lextérieur.
