PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional source grating that comprises a plurality of source gratings and in which the number of eclipses caused in the case of divergent X-ray radiation becomes smaller than ever.SOLUTION: A source grating 4 includes a first partial source grating 104 in which transmission parts 124 for transmitting X-rays and shielding parts 114 for intercepting the X-rays are arrayed in a first direction, and a second partial source grating 204 in which transmission parts 224 and shielding parts 214 are arrayed in a second direction crossing the first direction.
