It is in the form of a rectangular vertical ring with rounded corners or not (1) and has on its perimeter different primary housings, especially on the large horizontal upper segment, a primary housing (6) on the small vertical segments , primary housings (7) and (8). The housing (6) includes illumination (9), speakers (10) and a video camera (11). The housings (7) are adapted to receive secondary housings (17) for fixing and vertical mobility of a technical platform (18). The housing (8) is suitable for installing screens (19) and (20). The device according to the invention is particularly intended for care in institutes but also for examinations, care, rest, physical rehabilitation and transportation of patients in hospital.
