PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress misalignment of a treatment position relative to an arm as much as possible by making an arm treatment part follow with respect to a backward inclination of a backrest part sufficiently.SOLUTION: A chair type massage machine 11, including both a seat part 13 and a backrest part 14 supported by a base 12 and arm treatment parts 15a on both right and left sides for treating arms, is equipped with a seat part rail 22 which supports a seat part frame 31 constituting the seat part 13 to be movable in forward and backward directions and an arm part rail 23 which supports an arm supporting body 51 for supporting the arm treatment part 15a to be movable in forward and backward directions on upper end parts on both right and left sides of a base frame 21 constituting the base 12.
