According to an embodiment of the present invention, a table for a hair transplant procedure, which is used for extracting hair from a patient or transplanting hair into the patient, is provided. The table for a hair transplant procedure according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a head support for supporting the head of the patient who is undergoing the procedure； a horizontal support part connected to a rear side of the head support to support the head support； and a vertical support part located at a lower side of the horizontal support. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal support part may have a first position adjusting device for moving the head support in forward and backward directions, and the vertical support part may have a second position adjusting device for vertically moving the horizontal support part and the head support.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 환자로부터 모발을 추출하거나 환자에게 모발을 이식하는데 이용되는 모발이식 시술용 테이블이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모발이식 시술용 테이블은, 시술을 받는 환자의 머리를 지지하는 머리 지지대와, 머리 지지대의 후방 측에 연결되어 머리 지지대를 지지하는 수평 지지부와, 수평 지지부의 하부 측에 위치하는 수직 지지부를 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 수평 지지부는 머리 지지대를 전후방향으로 이동시키는 제1 위치 조절 장치를 구비하고, 수직 지지부는 수평 지지부 및 머리 지지대를 상하방향으로 이동시키는 제2 위치 조절 장치를 구비할 수 있다.
