<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which has less fear of developing a latex allergy or the like by improving solvent resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance, and in addition, by which a good feeling and a mechanical strength can be obtained. <；P>；SOLUTION: This packaging container is equipped with a container main body 1, a valve mechanism 10, and a cap 20. In this case, the container main body 1 stores a specified medical fluid 2. The valve mechanism 10 is fitted on the neck section 3 of the container main body 1, and controls flowing out of the medical fluid 2. The cap 20 is freely detachably screwed on the neck section 3 of the container main body 1, and covers the valve mechanism 10. An application member 18 on the surface of the valve mechanism 10 is molded of a silicone rubber foam containing a fluoro-resin powder. Since a human body inactive silicone is made to foam and used as the material of the application member 18, the application member 18 which is excellent in weather resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, and durability can be obtained without causing latex allergy in any way. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
