A feeding bottle comprising a hollow bottle body having an open threaded mouth, a collar screwably fitted to said open threaded mouth, a spill-proof feeding bottle nipple mounted to said collar, and a bottle cap snugly mounted on said open threaded mouth, characterized in that said feeding bottle nipple having a hollow tip being defined by a depression, substantially rectangular dispenser projecting upwardly from said depression, a dispensing slit provided on said rectangular dispenser, a pair of opposing elongated membranes provided to said dispensing slit and pressed against its other closing said slit therefore.
