A feeding bottle with straw comprising a hollow elongated body having a closed bottom portion and an open top with threaded neck, a feeding bottle collar with a feeding nipple thereat screwably engaged with said threaded neck and a plastic cap removably fitted to said feeding bottle collar to cover said feeding nipple characterized in that said bottle is provided with a handle portion defined by constriction at the middle portion, and a plurality of annular ribs equally spaced on said constriction a circular disc secured in between said feeding bottle collar and open mouth of said feeding bottle, a straw having one end secure on said circular disc and the other end being inserted inside said bottle body.
